The neurons involved in listening to music are the same as those dedicated to the immediate prediction of the future. Chronostasis is a cerebral illusion that corresponds to those moments during which time seems to stop. Moreover, the fundamental equations of physics do not depend on time: everything could happen in exactly the same way if time went upside down.
